What are you toasting to this year? More importantly, what are you toasting with? This is the year to switch up from the champagne and try something new (check that off your resolution list), and what better way than with the first cocktail of the New Year?

Pick up all the items you need to mix these two New Years drinks up at our tasting room today!

Hop Cannon

  • 1 oz. Tamworth Garden White Mountain Gin
  • ½ oz lemongrass-honey syrup
  • ½ oz. pressed lemon
  • 2 Dashes Bittermen’s Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
  • 2 Dashes Crude Salt and Smoke Bitters
  • Top with Sparkling Wine

Add all ingredients but wine to Shaker tin. Add ice and shake. Strain into flute and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist and lemongrass leaf. *Lemongrass-honey syrup is 2 parts raw honey and one part strong lemongrass tea.










Wildflower Martinez (available at the bar all month long!)

  • 2 oz Tamworth Garden Barrel Rested Flora Gin
  • ¾ oz vermouth rouge
  • ¼ oz AITA Chicory
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Orange peel expression

Add above ingredients to mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Fine strain into coupe. Express orange peel and discard. Garnish with nasturtium flowers.
